Karim G. Tabbaa is an associate attorney in the Panama City office of St. Denis & Davey PA. His practice focuses on all facets of insurance and general liability defense in both state and federal courts including the defense of personal injury and wrongful death claims, premises liability, negligent security, automobile liability, first-party property claims, construction defect litigation, insurance coverage disputes and bad faith litigation.
Prior to joining St. Denis & Davey, Mr. Tabbaa was an associate attorney at Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, a national law firm focused on insurance and general liability defense. Mr. Tabbaa previously served as Assistant Public Defender in the 14th Judicial Circuit of Florida. Mr. Tabbaa won favorable verdicts for his clients in both jury and bench trials; and worked to reach favorable outcomes on behalf of his clients.
Mr. Tabbaa received his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2016 and received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Emory University in 2010. Mr. Tabbaa is licensed to practice law in Florida and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida.
