Mr. Greminger is an associate attorney in the firm's Tampa office. He concentrates his practice on insurance defense, construction litigation, long-term care litigation, premises liability, business litigation, trucking litigation, personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice. Prior to joining St. Denis & Davey, Mr. Greminger worked as an associate attorney for a property insurance defense firm and as an associate attorney at a creditor's rights firm, handling all aspects of litigation.

While in law school, Mr. Greminger worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Richard A. Nielsen in the Complex Business Litigation Division of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida. Mr. Greminger was also a member of the Florida State University Business Review, serving as an Article & Notes Editor and Article Selection Editor.

Mr. Greminger received his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law. He received his Bachelor of Science cum laude in Sport Management from Florida State University.

Mr. Greminger is licensed to practice law in all state courts of Florida.
