Mr. Valle is a litigation attorney who has represented clients in lawsuits involving serious and catastrophic injuries resulting from slip and fall accidents, automobile accidents, negligent security, construction accidents, trucking accidents and the like.  He also specializes in litigating commercial matters, ranging from multi-million Dollar contracts involving sale and purchase of goods and real property to construction defect matters and construction contract disputes, agricultural/crop insurance disputes, insurance coverage and Bad Faith litigation and professional negligence claims.  In handling professional negligence claims, he has represented clients in matters involving legal malpractice, design defect (i.e. architects and engineers) and accounting malpractice.  He has devoted his legal career to the litigation of cases, including trials, arbitrations and mediations.
Although Mr. Valle has devoted his legal career to the litigation of cases, his academic and work history is significant in the field of Finance and Banking.  Accordingly, he co-authored a law review article discussing The Sherman Antitrust Act along with a professor from The Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Mr. Robert Bejesky.  Mr. Valle earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration — Finance from California State University at Stanislaus in 1996. He then obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2001.  As part of his academic program at the Thomas M. Cooley Law School, he also obtained a concentration in International Law. Thereafter, Mr. Valle then attended the University of Miami Law School for its LL.M. program in Inter-American Law from 2001 to 2002.
Mr. Valle is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Florida, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and is fluent in Spanish.
